Employee Relations Specialist-4

The Employee Relations Specialist supports a positive, compliant, and high-performing work environment by managing employee relations matters, conducting investigations, helping ensure fair and consistent resolution of workplace concerns. Key Responsibilities Manage employee relations cases from intake through resolution. Conduct investigations involving workplace conduct, harassment, discrimination, retaliation, threats, and other policy concerns. Provide guidance to leaders on employee relations issues, documentation, corrective action, and separations. Assess complaints and concerns to determine risk, required response, and escalation needs. Prepare clear, timely, and defensible case documentation, summaries, and recommendations. Support consistent interpretation and application of company policy across assigned locations. Maintain confidentiality and manage sensitive matters with sound judgment and professionalism. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business, or related field, or equivalent experience. 3 to 5 years of employee relations, human resources, investigations, or related experience. Experience conducting workplace investigations and managing sensitive employee issues. Strong judgment and ability to assess facts, apply policy, and make sound recommendations. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Strong interviewing, conflict resolution, and documentation skills. Ability to manage a high-volume caseload and competing priorities. Ability to build effective partnerships with leaders, HR Partners, and cross-functional stakeholders. Proficiency with case management systems, HR systems, and Microsoft Office tools.
