We have offices in Woodbury, Winona, and Rochester, MN and are looking for experienced sales producers only! If you have 2-3 years experience selling group health packages, employee benefits lines, or as a licensed risk advisor and are making $150k or less, we want to talk to you. We offer unlimited earning potential and the opportunity to retire 10 years sooner than our competitors. Our OTE for the first 3 years are $200- $250k, for five plus years it can be doubled. What You Will Be Doing
Develop prospective sales leads using our Account Based Targeting and Discounted Funnel system.
Networking, Email and Phone campaigns, Center of Influences, and targeted calling to create your book of business.
Work independently to generate business and manage your clients insurance needs.
Work with Underwriters and key market contacts for new business and renewal opportunities.
Deliver and present proposals along with professional recommendations to clients
What You Need for this Position
Must have Employee Benefits Insurance Sales (Group health sales) experience
Active L&H License
Expereince in B2B sales, networking, and lead generation
Ability to create and manage a book of business with little to no supervision
Sales minded professional with experience in KPIs and OTE goals
