Job Overview As a Remote Customer Product Specialist with blithequark, you will have the opportunity to work from home nationwide in the US, fulfilling upcoming contracts with national and international companies. We guarantee 15-25 hours per week, with an hourly pay rate of between $25/hr and $45/hr, depending on the In-Home Usage Test project. No experience is required, and you will have the flexibility to work around your own schedule. Main Responsibilities Properly document In-Home Usage Tests as instructed in the In-Home Usage Test Daily Schedule, including screenshots, audio recordings, videos, product journal entries, and more. Take care of the product being tested and use it responsibly, following all instructions and guidelines provided. Read and strictly follow the In-Home Usage Test Daily Schedule provided with each product testing project, which may include tasks such as unpacking, reading instructions, journal entries, online or mobile feedback, usage of product for a certain amount of time, writing reviews, taking pictures, and more. Participate in some In-Home Usage Tests projects that may require the use of MFour’s Mobile In-Home Use Test Technology, a cutting-edge smartphone technology designed to capture Point-of-Emotion insights and gain unparalleled depth of responses. Engage in private chat rooms opened by market research firms to discuss the product being tested, providing honest and constructive feedback. Write reviews as requested in the In-Home Usage Test Daily Schedule for each project, sharing your thoughts and opinions on the products and services tested. Requirements Ability to follow specific instructions and guidelines, with excellent attention to detail and a curious spirit. Availability to work 15-25 hours per week and commit to a certain routine, with the flexibility to adjust to changing project requirements. Access to a computer and a reliable internet connection, as well as a digital camera or cell phone that takes pictures.
