Employee Benefits Analyst

They are seeking a Benefits Analyst to implement policy data into client databases, prepare for client projects, and assist in Open Enrollment meetings while maintaining a high standard of organization and timely responses.ResponsibilitiesImplement new/existing policy data into client database, Applied EPIC, including renewals, rewrites and plan changes to ensure the ability to track client information during the life cycle of the clientAssistance will be obtained from a resource partner, as neededCollect and organize data in such a way to support the client and the HBC teamPrepare and organize workbooks for Request for Proposal Client ProjectsPrepare and perform Open Enrollment meetings via Teams/Zoom or at the client siteMust maintain a high regard for timely responses pursuant to the HBC standardAssist in the preparation of materials as requested by the Benefit Consultant and Vice PresidentTake and relay messages from clients and carriers, which will need to be documented in the Applied Epic system, aligned with HBC procedures system for trackingPerform other duties as requested, including special projects of an administrative natureSkillsLife and Health License must be obtained within 75 days of the first day of New Hire Onboarding0-2 years of relevant experienceExcellent administrative skills, especially in MS Outlook, MS Word, MS Excel and MS PowerPointMust have a high level of organization, timeliness and attention to detailApplicable industry designations preferred but not requiredBenefitsGenerous time off, including personal and volunteeringTuition reimbursement and professional development opportunitiesHybrid workCharitable contribution match programsStock purchase opportunitiesHealth and welfare benefitsTuition assistance401K savings and other retirement programsEmployee assistance programsCompany OverviewMarsh McLennan is an insurance company that provides business insurance, employee benefits, and private client insurance solutions.
