And people who care—about each other, about UiPath, and about our larger purpose.Could that be you?Your Mission:To meet the quota or assigned targets and giving the best experience to customers while nurturing them to be enterprise class base for UiPathThis is what you’ll do at UiPath:Acquire new logos – 80%Mine existing relationships – 20%Develop and execute account strategy and roadmaps for a long-term relationship – Large AccountsUnderstand entire UiPath end-to-end automation platform.Prepare comprehensive sales plans to further grow UiPath’s key relationshipsUnderstand customer’s business to be able to explore automation opportunitiesUnderstand product and competitive products to be able to demonstrate our value proposition effectively to clientsDevelop and maintain relationships with decision makers in the marketInterface with Technical sales support team and Customer success team to ensure customer satisfactionAchieve quarterly and yearly quotasThis is what you’ll bring to our team:7-10 years of enterprise sales experience in the software or software solution sales industryPrevious experience of selling to enterprise/ Mid-Market customers in West India regionComfortable with land and expand strategy.Prior experience in selling USD 30-50K to new customers.Knowledge and experience in growing strategic accounts – from 30K to 100K to 200K by upselling and cross selling.Experience in account planning, territory planning, multi product selling strategy etcExcellent communication, negotiation, and presentations skillsGood collaborative, interpersonal and negotiation skillsExperience in Application selling background like Automation Platform/ERP/CRM will be an added advantage.Ability to work in a dynamic and fast-moving teamEnergetic and highly motivated personality.#LI-NC1Maybe you don’t tick all the boxes above—but still think you’d be great for the job?
