Utilize computer systems efficiently, including Microsoft Office and database software.
Communicate effectively in both verbal and written forms, while embracing opportunities to improve these skills.
Adapt and thrive in a fast-paced call center environment.
Be open to learning new skills and adjusting to changes promptly.

Qualifications:
A high school diploma or equivalent.
Experience providing exceptional customer service.
Strong computer skills and typing ability.
Open and willing to learn and grow in various capacities.
This role is based in our GEICO office located at 4295 Ocmulgee East Boulevard, Macon, GA 31295.
