Join us!Your RoleThe Lifecycle Marketing team is looking to bring on a data-driven Email Marketing Specialist to help support the strategy and optimization of email marketing at Zip.Working closely with cross-functional teams—including Content, Design, Brand Marketing, Product Marketing, and Sales— this role will oversee the management, design, and execution of prospect and customer-facing email marketing campaigns in Adobe Marketo. Using email best practices and implementing A/B testing, you will optimize response rates, click rates, and conversions while striving to create best-in-class email experiences.You WillManage the development and execution of email marketing campaigns, coordinating strategy, creative, and asset delivery to ensure campaigns launch on schedule.Collaborate across teams to align email content with business goals and customer needsMonitor campaign performance and provide actionable insights to enhance engagement and effectivenessSupport segmentation strategies and personalize messaging based on audience, personas, and buyer funnel stageSupport A/B testing initiatives—across subject lines, layouts, timing, and creative—to optimize performanceStay current on email marketing trends, tools, and compliance standards (e.g., GDPR, CAN-SPAM)Qualifications2+ years of experience in email or lifecycle marketing, with a strong grasp of end-to-end campaign managementBackground in B2B or SaaS/tech marketing preferredProficiency with Marketo and Salesforce; CRM and email marketing expertise requiredProven ability to segment audiences and tailor messaging to drive conversionsStrong organizational and project management skills, with the ability to juggle multiple campaignsAnalytical mindset with experience running A/B tests and translating results into strategic improvementsComfortable working in a fast-paced, collaborative environmentWe're looking to hire Zipsters and that means hiring people who take ownership, communicate openly, have an underdog mindset, and are excited to increase the pace of innovation for every business in the world.
