We’re looking for an Email Marketing Specialist to join our fast-paced Lifecycle Marketing team. If you have hands-on experience with Braze, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, or similar platforms, and enjoy executing campaigns that engage audiences across multiple channels, this is your next opportunity!
The Role
As our Email Marketing Specialist, you’ll play a key role in executing high-quality email, push, and in-app campaigns across multiple markets. You’ll work closely with lifecycle marketing strategists and managers to ensure campaigns are built accurately, tested thoroughly, and delivered on time.
What You’ll Do:
• Build, set up, and launch campaigns in Braze, Salesforce, or similar platforms, including HTML builds, asset setup, and audience segmentation.
• Execute day-to-day operations for email, push, and in-app messaging campaigns.
• Conduct Quality Assurance (QA) to ensure campaigns render correctly across devices/browsers, links work, and tracking is accurate.
• Provide ad hoc support for lifecycle marketing campaigns, including push notifications and in-app messaging.
• Collaborate with LCM strategists and managers to review strategy, design tests, and recommend features.
• Maintain meticulous documentation for all campaigns and assets.
✅ Must-Have Skills & Experience
• Hands-on experience with Braze (preferred), Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Oracle, or similar platforms
• Strong HTML/CSS and Liquid (Shopify, Braze) skills for building and editing emails
• Basic understanding of audience segmentation and targeting
• Experience working in a fast-paced environment with the ability to navigate ambiguity
• Exceptional analytical skills and attention to detail
• Ability to work EST business hours
Nice-to-Have Skills
• Experience with push notifications and in-app messaging campaigns
• Familiarity with A/B testing and campaign performance analysis
