Your primary focus will be on designing, deploying, and managing IAM systems and services, including single sign-on (SSO), multi-factor authentication (MFA), user automated lifecycle management, and identity governance. **Key Responsibilities** * Design, deploy, and manage IAM systems and services, including SSO, MFA, user automated lifecycle management, and identity governance * Collaborate with IT and business units to understand their access requirements and translate them into technical specifications * Develop and maintain IAM policies, procedures, and controls in accordance with regulatory and compliance requirements * Integrate PAM solutions with other security systems such as SIEM, multi-factor authentication, and identity management platforms * Troubleshoot and resolve IAM-related incidents and enhance system performance * Provide guidance and leadership to junior team members and act as an IAM subject matter expert within the organization * Stay current with emerging IAM technologies and trends to improve security posture and operational efficiency * Work with vendors and external partners to integrate third-party systems with the organization's IAM framework * Document IAM processes and maintain detailed records of system configurations and changes * Be available to work on-call duties and provide out-of-hours support as needed **Essential Qualifications** * 9+ years of Cyber Security experience * 5+ years of experience in an IAM role with a strong understanding of IAM principles, technologies, and frameworks * 5+ years of experience with IAM tools and platforms such as Okta, BeyondTrust, Cyberark, Azure Active Directory, etc. * Strong background and experience in PAM, such as BeyondTrust in both their on-prem and Cloud solutions * Experience with coding/scripting and automation to streamline IAM processes * Knowledge and experience in authentication protocols such as SAML, OIDC, Oauth, Web Authn * Knowledge of directory services, LDAP, Active Directory, and other identity repositories **Preferred Qualifications** * Industry certifications such as CISSP or IAM-specific certifications * Experience with CyberArk would be a bonus * Strong background and experience in Customer Identity and Access Management, such as Auth0 and B2C **Skills and Competencies** * Strong understanding of IAM principles, technologies, and frameworks * Experience with IAM tools and platforms such as Okta, BeyondTrust, Cyberark, Azure Active Directory, etc. * Strong background and experience in PAM, such as BeyondTrust in both their on-prem and Cloud solutions * Experience with coding/scripting and automation to streamline IAM processes * Knowledge and experience in authentication protocols such as SAML, OIDC, Oauth, Web Authn * Knowledge of directory services, LDAP, Active Directory, and other identity repositories * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills * Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks * Strong problem-solving and analytical skills **Career Growth Opportunities and Learning Benefits** As a remote IAM / PAM Consultant with BeyondTrust, you will have the opportunity to work with a leading provider of identity and access management solutions, leveraging your expertise to drive business growth and security.
