About the role

We are seeking a strategic, hands-on Email Marketing Manager to build and deploy email marketing campaigns across a variety of audiences and products within the B2B and B2B2C healthcare environment. .

This role will partner closely with Sales, Marketing and Operations. You will own the strategy and execution of scalable lifecycle journeys that guide prospects, clients, and members from awareness through conversion, onboarding, and ongoing engagement—while maintaining empathy, compliance, and measurable performance.

What you'll do

Design, Build & Optimize Lifecycle and Lead Generation Programs
• Design and execute automated lifecycle workflows supporting B2B and B2B2C acquisition, enrollment, onboarding, engagement, and retention.
• Build end-to-end lead generation and nurturing programs that support Sales and Account Management teams.
• Develop event- and behavior-triggered journeys using demographic, firmographic, behavioral, and CRM data to guide audiences to the right next action.
• Translate product offerings into clear, compliant, and action-oriented messaging.
• Manage multiple workstreams across a portfolio of business units while maintaining high standards for quality, accuracy, and timeliness.

Execute Multi-Channel, Always-On Campaigns
• Plan and manage a coordinated email and lifecycle campaign calendar aligned to business priorities, product launches, seasonal moments, and sales initiatives.
• Partner with content team to deploy targeted communications that support awareness, consideration, and conversion.
• Ensure campaigns balance performance goals with healthcare sensitivity and regulatory requirements.

Marketing Automation, Platforms & Operations
• Own campaign setup, QA, deployment, and reporting across marketing automation platform, specifically Salesforce.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Sales and Operations to ensure clean data flows, CRM integrations, reliable triggers, and strong instrumentation.
• Establish and document email and lifecycle best practices, frameworks, and automation standards to improve efficiency and scalability.
• Support deliverability, compliance, list hygiene, and sender reputation management.

Testing, Optimization & Performance Measurement
• Lead ongoing A/B and multivariate testing across subject lines, creative, timing, segmentation, and workflow design.
• Monitor and analyze KPIs including open rates, CTR, conversion rates, funnel progression, and pipeline impact.
• Set up analytics to identify friction points, optimize performance and prioritization decisions.
• Develop clear, insight-driven reporting and campaign recaps for cross-functional stakeholders and leadership.

What We’re Looking For
• 5–8+ years of experience in lifecycle and email marketing, ideally within healthcare, B2B, or B2B2C environments.
• Hands-on experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud email marketing platform
• Proven ability to build and optimize automated journeys, lead nurture programs, and segmentation strategies.
• Strong understanding of email marketing best practices, deliverability, compliance, and performance optimization.
• Data-driven mindset with experience using analytics to guide decisions and improvements.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including executive-level communication.
• Strong project management and prioritization skills in fast-paced, matrixed environments.
• Experience working cross-functionally with Sales, Product, and Operations teams.
