Email Designer (Contract Project)

We’re hiring an experienced Email Designer for a paid, one-time project to design 10–20 marketing emails. This is not a full-time role — it’s a project-based engagement, with potential future work if it goes well. Project Overview You’ll be responsible for designing and structuring complete marketing emails, including layout, visuals, and flow. We will provide the purpose and goal of each email, and you’ll help turn that into a clear outline and finished design. Responsibilities • Design 10–20 professional marketing emails • Assist with email structure and outline based on the provided purpose • Create or generate custom graphics using AI tools (product visuals, icons, banners, etc.) • Ensure all designs are clean, modern, and conversion-focused • Optimize for mobile and desktop • Maintain consistent branding across all emails • Deliver editable files (HTML, Figma, or platform-ready formats) What We Provide • The purpose and goal of each email (promotion, follow-up, education, reminder, etc.) • Brand direction (logos, colors, general tone) • Feedback and revisions when needed Requirements • Proven experience designing marketing or promotional emails • Ability to create email outlines and visual hierarchy • Experience using AI tools for graphic generation (Midjourney, DALL·E, Firefly, Canva AI, etc.) • Strong understanding of email design best practices (CTA placement, spacing, readability) • Familiarity with platforms like Klaviyo, Mailchimp, HubSpot, or similar is a plus • Reliable communication and deadline management Nice to Have • Conversion-focused or performance-driven email design experience • Experience designing for service-based or e-commerce brands • Light HTML email knowledge Payment • Paid per project • Rate agreed upfront • No unpaid tests • Prompt payment upon completion To Apply, Please Include • Examples of email designs you’ve worked on • AI tools you use for graphics • Estimated turnaround time for 10–20 emails • Your project rate Application Question(s): • Link to your email examples.Nothing else matters to us.
