Weekly Email Marketing Assistant (1 hr/week) — Musly Club Musly Club is a curated digital + IRL members’ club bringing together ambitious, culturally engaged professionals with Muslim roots across major global cities. We’re looking for a detail-oriented email marketing assistant to send one high-quality email per week to select member audiences. What you’ll do (approx. 1 hour/week): Pull and segment email lists from our database based on clear criteria we provide Use existing templates and brand guidelines to create weekly emails Write or refine short, compelling email copy (Soho House–adjacent tone) Design clean, elevated emails using Canva or similar tools Schedule and send emails via our email platform What we’re looking for: Experience with email marketing + segmentation Strong copy instincts (luxury, community-driven, not salesy) Comfortable working in Canva and making things look polished and on-brand Organized, reliable, and able to execute quickly with minimal back-and-forth Bonus: familiarity with member-based brands, events, or lifestyle communities Details: Time commitment: ~1 hour per week Ongoing work Fully remote All templates, brand assets, and guidance provided If you’re sharp, efficient, and enjoy crafting beautiful, thoughtful emails for premium communities, we’d love to hear from you.
