Email and Chat Support Specialist - LATAM based ONLY - Contract to Hire
As the holidays and peak season is coming up, we are in need to add a couple of backup email support reps to provide service to our operations for an existing campaign, we are looking for experience and proactive peers who:
-Have decent grammar and can convey clear messages.
-Have worked with CRM systems and ticketing systems.
-High writing and reading comprehension skills in english and spanish. Able to document important details.
-Open to learn and to thrive in a dynamic team.
-Availability to attend a weekly meeting for 30 minutes plus a 6hrs shift with a daily 30 minutes break included (paid). EST / PST timezone.
-Additional bonuses and compensations added to payrate biweekly
-Hospitality or hotel experience a plus
We'll receive applications till Nov 10th to start either November 18th - 28th. This contract will be on until Feb 28th and may be extended upon performance and need as we are opening some locations in LATAM soon so we may need permanent workers.
