Looking to start your career as an Elevator Installation Mechanic? The Residential Elevators Apprentice program may be the career path for you. The Apprentice position provides valuable mentoring, training, and hands-on experience to install high-quality home elevators. Residential Elevators is looking for an entry-level craft worker with experience or a passion for construction, manufacturing, electrical, or mechanics to work full-time at least 40 hours a week.

About the Residential Elevators Apprentice Program:

Residential Elevators will provide hands-on experience and mentoring needed to advance to an Installation Mechanic position. Successful Apprentices have the ability to be promoted within 3-12 months to a team lead with increases in responsibility and compensation during the program. Newly promoted mechanics are issued a company truck, cell phone, and equipment.

Requirements

Minimum Requirements:
? High school diploma or GED
? Mechanical knowledge: 1 year (Required)
? Must be comfortable working at great heights and on ladders
? Must be able of lifting 50lbs or more and hard physical work
? Must be comfortable working in confined spaces
? Must be knowledgeable and experienced in the proper use of hand tools
? Must have a valid driver's license plus a clean driving record and pass a pre-employment criminal background check and drug screen
