What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Review and respond to telephone, e-mail, and secure messaging inquiries
- Process outgoing wires and monitor daily Positive Pay processing
- Troubleshoot and research issues related to Remote Deposit Capture, Wires, Checks, and ACH
- Create new customer relationships and provide training in online banking products
- Assist in audits and examinations while resolving customer issues effectively
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum of three years of related experience
- High School Diploma or GED required
- Strong knowledge of Electronic Banking
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to meet multiple deadlines in a fast-paced environment
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Bilingual/Conversational Spanish preferred
- Ability to develop strong working relationships with employees at all levels of the organization
