They are seeking a dynamic Client Service Leader to oversee client delivery and relationship management for their Global Benefits practice, ensuring exceptional client satisfaction and managing complex employee benefits programs. This role involves leadership, mentorship, and collaboration with sales teams to expand services and drive revenue growth. Responsibilities • Serve as the strategic relationship manager for a portfolio of multinational clients. • Lead the delivery of global benefits consulting, including insured benefits, wellness, retirement, allowances, mobility/expat programs, and compliance. • Proactively identify client needs, propose solutions, and ensure high levels of satisfaction and retention. • Oversee renewals, negotiations, and financial outcomes to deliver measurable value. • Provide leadership and mentorship to global consultants, analysts, and support staff. • Establish best practices, workflows, and tools to ensure consistent, high-quality client delivery. • Act as escalation point for client and internal issues, ensuring timely resolution. • Partner with leadership on resource planning, staffing, and training needs. • Collaborate with producers and the sales team to expand services within existing clients and pursue new opportunities. • Support RFP responses, proposals, and finalist presentations. • Contribute thought leadership and market insights to position the firm as a leader in global benefits. • Ensure compliance with global regulations, contractual obligations, and internal standards. • Oversee revenue tracking, budgets, and profitability for assigned clients. • Partner with global broker networks and local affiliates as well as local OneDigital offices to coordinate delivery. Skills • 10+ years of progressive experience in global employee benefits, consulting, or insurance brokerage. • Proven track record of leading multinational client relationships and teams. • Strong understanding of global benefits structures, compliance programs. • Excellent leadership, communication, and presentation skills. • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, matrixed, client-centric environment. • Bachelor’s degree required. • Advanced degree or professional designations (e.g., CEBS, GPHR, CFA, FLMI) preferred.
