Location: United States (Remote with Travel)

We're looking for a Construction Manager to join a growing engineering and integration firm.

The Client:

This growing engineering and integration firm delivers turnkey project solutions for process-driven industries, offering services from feasibility and design to construction management, OEM coordination, and commissioning, all handled in-house for full control and consistency.

Focused on sectors like food & beverage, chemical processing, and manufacturing, their work includes system upgrades, production line expansions, and equipment installations. Known for their hands-on, agile approach, they guide clients through every phase with a focus on precision, speed, and minimal operational disruption.

The Role:

We are looking for a Construction Manager. This position will be remote with travel (at least 50%) required as they have projects across America. The candidate must:
• have a clear understanding of the scope of work and be willing to watch, observe, and report any issues to the Project Manager.
• understand provided drawings to ensure installation meets concept.
• be able to understand jobsite safety and be willing to correct contractors as needed.

A candidate with a background as a Journeyman Electrician or through the Union is preferred.

Salary + Benefits:
• Up to $140K including medical, dental, vision, matching 401(k)
• The ability to work remote with travel
