Role Description
This is a full-time, remote role for a Commission-Based Sales Manager. The Sales Manager will be responsible for driving sales and meeting revenue targets, developing and maintaining client relationships, identifying new business opportunities, and executing strategic sales plans. Daily tasks include conducting market research, creating sales presentations, negotiating contracts, and providing feedback to product development teams.
Qualifications
• Proven track record in sales management and achieving targets
• Excellent client relationship management and networking skills
• Strong negotiation and contract management skills
• Strong analytical and market research abilities
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
• Knowledge of IT products and services is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
