Educational Sales Consultant, Washington

IXL Learning, developer of personalized learning products used by millions of people globally, is seeking an Educational Sales Consultant to join our field sales team. This is a remote position for candidates located in Washington state only. WHAT YOU'LL BE DOINGEffectively communicate key product features and benefits to prospective customers virtually Develop a keen understanding of customer needs and values in order to provide personalized assistance throughout the sales processMeet sales goals on a consistent basisHelp to design and implement new and creative sales strategiesUnderstand and keep up-to-date with ever-changing market trends Provide exceptional customer service to current and prospective customersGather customer feedback to help improve and enhance product offeringsPromote IXL and Rosetta Stone at educational technology conferences nationwide Daily travel in territory to customer sitesWHAT WE'RE LOOKING FORBA/BS degree 3+ years of educational sales experience Classroom experience and/or a related educational field preferredFamiliarity with Web-based technologiesAptitude for working under pressure and meeting deadlines Ability to apply energy and creativity to meeting sales goalsStrong written and verbal communication skillsDemonstrated success at managing multiple tasks in a fast-paced environmentPassion for bringing technology into the classroomOur pay ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The base salary range for this full-time position is $65,000 to $80,000 + bonus + benefits. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire pay for the position. Individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
