Education Manager - Education & Content Delivery

Your role will oversee the direction and delivery of education for Partners and Small Businesses, ensuring strong support for regional commercial strategies. What you’ll do Assist in the development and management of the regional education strategy in line with the Emerging Markets commercial and the global education & content delivery strategyCreate and drive clear road maps and KPI’s to achieve education goalsMaintain high engagement levels with the ZA Go To Market teams, provide input and feedback on an ongoing basisMonitor and analyze key data and metrics, making recommendations and changes ensuring that the education offering is as effective and efficient as possibleBe responsible for the implementation of all education requirementsWorking with Head of Global Content Delivery and Head of Global Digital Curriculum to ensure that the curriculum is continually refreshed and enhancedSupport the team in the creation and delivery of live webinars, events and face to face sessions for the businessBalance the need for quality and quantity ensuring education content and resourcing is available in a timely mannerDetermine the most appropriate education format for all requests and ensure the correct teams are involvedDrive content production through the appropriate stages to ensure quality output in a timely mannerWork with the global curriculum team to ensure effective use of global resources in the timely delivery of initiatives in ZAOnboard new team members, external writers and industry experts where appropriateWork closely with regional Sales and Marketing to deliver content for local initiativesDevelop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders in the ZA teams and global content teamsProactively communicate with regional Sales, Marketing and Partner Consulting managers around new education deliverables activities or eventsDesign and report on key metrics / monthly reporting to the Head of Global Content Delivery and GM of Education & Content Delivery to ensure objectives are being metActively engage with Education Managers in other regions to ensure continual improvements and application of best practice What you’ll bring with you Experience in developing and delivering live education contentProven experience in stakeholder managementProven ability to manage projectsProven understanding of taking customer needs and turning them into product related story telling with a focus on interactive compelling experiencesDemonstrable commercial acumenSmall Business, accounting, education or SAAS experience would be desirableAbility to work autonomouslyCustomer-centric approachStrategic thinkerPositive, friendly, can-do attitudeAbility to prioritise work in a fast-paced environmentBuild and maintain stakeholder relationshipsEnergetic communicatorLoads of innovation and self motivation
