Job Title: Education Facilitator – Online Continuing Education (Remote)

About the Role
Are you passionate about education and professional development? We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Education Facilitator to help us implement high-quality online continuing education courses approved by AOTA and ASHA.
This is a fully remote opportunity ideal for someone with a background in Speech Therapy, Occupational Therapy, Mental Health, or Child Development, who thrives on collaboration, communication, and supporting lifelong learning.
Responsibilities
• Business Development & Relationship Building
• Identify and engage prospective educators and course participants.
• Build positive relationships to drive enrollment and engagement.
• Webinar Hosting & Course Coordination
• Plan, manage, and host live webinars with guest speakers.
• Handle registration, setup, logistics, and technical support.
• Collect feedback and track webinar performance.
• Marketing & Outreach
• Promote events using email marketing, social media, newsletters, PR, and affiliate networks.
• Support brand awareness and course visibility.
• Communication & Customer Support
• Communicate with learners and presenters before, during, and after events.
• Represent our brand with professionalism and enthusiasm.
• Attention to Detail & Data Management
• Review and edit course content and communication materials.
• Maintain accurate records and reports.
• Use data to improve processes and enhance participant experience.
Qualifications
• Experience in education, therapy, or professional development fields preferred.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
• Experience with webinar platforms (e.g., Zoom), email marketing tools, and social media.
• Self-starter who enjoys working independently and collaboratively.
