Key Responsibilities:
Ā Review submissions to ensure they meet ethical standards.
Ā Manage articles through the peer review and production processes, ensuring timely publication.
Ā Communicate with authors, editors, and conference organizers, providing guidance on publishing processes and addressing inquiries.
Ā Assist with administrative tasks that support the success of the Conference Proceedings program.
Requirements:
Ā Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Ā Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
Ā Detail-oriented, organized, and able to manage time effectively.
Ā Team player with the ability to adapt to changing situations.
Ā Willingness to learn new systems and processes.
