This position does require 3 days in office and 2 days that can be completed remotely from home.Who We Are Looking For:The eCommerce & Sports Licensing Specialist’s primary role is to drive profitable growth across the sports Leagues while managing inventory levels and risk of obsolescence. Secondarily this position will also be a supportive role to other ecommerce initiatives from product creation, including item setup and account maintenance, for various online sales outlets, such as 3rd party marketplaces, Amazon, Walmart, Target, and . This role supports various teams within the eCommerce department by implementing and monitoring various merchandising, marketing, and customer experience strategies.What You'll Do:

Work with the Retail Analyst, Merchandising and Operations to create profitable sports apparel lines, manage inventory commitments and drive sales that meet overall margin goals for the department.
Work with sports leagues and manage relationships, contracts and licenses.
Manage product placement and experience across various online sales outlets throughout the product lifecycle, including item setup, monitoring, and retirement.
Oversee product content management, working closely with the Marketing and Merchandising teams for content generation, aggregation, and manipulation to best align with retailer needs.
Manage product data within Product Management software, including upkeep of digital catalogs, imagery, enhanced content, and insights reports.
Assist key stakeholders with other special projects.
Who You Are:

Bachelor’s degree in Business related.
3-5 years’ experience in ecommerce related operations or managing a business.
Sales, Power Platform knowledge, P&L Statements.
Proficient with data and Excel.
Experience retrieving insights/reports from data portals (Business Intelligence, etc.) and ERP systems (order management, allocations, shipments).
ERP’s (i.e. SAP).
Knowledge of eCommerce Platforms (Shopify). Not required, but a plus.
Knowledge of PIM Systems (Salsify & Channel Advisor). Not required, but a plus.
Proactive problem solving with great communication and collaborative skills.
Experience prioritizing and multi-tasking in a fast-paced environment.
Sense of urgency, accuracy, and follow-through.
Drive profitable sales growth while managing Inventory risk.
Experience working with eCommerce products, content generation, or supporting an online retailer.
Experience influencing and driving decision-making through fact-based analysis and rationale.
