About Us

At Ads Uncorked, we provide data-driven marketing and ad strategy for growing eCommerce brands — primarily Shopify-based, both secular and faith-based. Our core services include Meta (Facebook/Instagram) Ads, Google Ads, and TikTok Ads. We're a close-knit, proactive, and results-focused team looking to bring on a sharp, strategic, and detail-loving Meta Ads Manager to take our client campaigns to the next level.

About the Role

As an Ads Manager, you’ll take ownership of strategy, execution, and optimization for paid social campaigns (primarily Meta Ads). You’ll also have the opportunity to work on TikTok and Google Ads if you bring that experience. You’ll manage communication with clients, report on performance, and collaborate with our internal team to improve results and test new approaches.

What’s In It For You

We’re a talented team that is passionate about the work we do—and just as committed to maintaining balance, healthy boundaries, and a genuinely supportive culture. If you’re used to the hustle-and-burnout cycle common in many agencies, you’ll find this to be a refreshing change.

We believe that great work starts with taking care of ourselves and each other. That means:
• Strong client boundaries – We respect your time and energy.
• A tight-knit, collaborative team – You’ll be joining a group of smart, thoughtful women who have each other’s backs.
• Ongoing professional development – You’ll have weekly opportunities to deepen your skills in areas like ad account troubleshooting, lead generation, and more. We’re big on continuous learning and growth.
• Paid Time Off

If you’re looking for a role where you can bring your expertise, keep learning, and be part of something that feels good to be part of—we’d love to meet you.
