Job Overview We are seeking an exceptional Information Investigator to join our Pack Trial and Experimentation and Analysis group. This talented individual will play a vital role in supporting the arenaflex Pack, encompassing a range of products, including streaming services. The successful candidate will be responsible for analyzing complex data sets, identifying trends, and providing actionable recommendations to inform business decisions. Key Responsibilities Collaborate closely with business leaders to define key challenges and develop analytical strategies to address them, focusing on Pack trends and drivers Help create a continuous insights pipeline, ensuring that all stakeholders have access to a steady stream of Pack intelligence Perform comprehensive trend analyses, assessing the contributions of various drivers from multiple perspectives Define and analyze audience segments to drive Pack growth and improvement Work with other Analysis teams to understand and leverage all relevant Pack data from various sources, integrating insights into a cohesive, meaningful story Essential Qualifications To be considered for this role, candidates must possess: A Bachelor's degree in Data Analysis, Mathematics, Data Science, or a related field of study, and/or equivalent work experience A minimum of 3 years of hands-on analytical work experience with R/Python/SAS (or another statistical analysis tool) and SQL Knowledge of statistical modeling, machine learning, and other quantitative methodologies, including but not limited to linear and logistic regression, significance testing, data preparation for modeling, and segmentation techniques Experience manipulating large datasets, interpreting data patterns, and utilizing a variety of data sources and tools Familiarity with data visualization tools like Tableau, Looker, etc. Proven analytical skills, with the ability to apply business acumen to data analysis and recommendations Excellent presentation skills, including the ability to tell a story with data and to organize findings into meaningful proposals Capacity to think strategically, analyze and interpret market and customer data Preferred Qualifications While not required, the following qualifications are highly desirable: Experience in the streaming media industry or other subscription-based services Experience working with Marketing teams or in the Advertising landscape Career Growth and Development At arenaflex, we are committed to the growth and development of our employees.
