THE ROLE We’re hiring a Direct-Response CRO / Funnel Architect who can build, optimize, and scale funnels that acquire customers efficiently at volume. This is a builder role. You create funnels, copy, research, testing structures — fast. This role is NOT: ❌ UI/UX ❌ branding or aesthetic polishing ❌ “just changing CTA colors” This IS: High-volume funnel production Direct-response copywriting Deep research & angle identification Creative-team alignment Market expansion Test → learn → iterate cycles at speed WHAT YOU WILL DO (REAL RESPONSIBILITIES) 1. Build Funnels — Lots of Them • Multiple funnels per week • Variants built for broad-market testing • New funnels for new angles & new audiences • Fast shipping + fast iteration • Mobile-first, conversion-first builds 2. Research Deeply • Analyze competitors in fitness gear / performance accessories • Identify new angles for scaling beyond current audience • Study objections, emotional drivers, category psychology • Turn research into hypotheses → tests → funnels 3. Align With Creative Team • Build funnels that match messaging from ads • Help strategist develop new angles based on funnel learnings • Ensure creative → funnel → offer alignment • Bring data back into the creative loop 4. Write Direct-Response Copy • Headlines, subheads, bullets, long-form structures • Landing pages for cold traffic, warm retargeting, and broad audiences • Hooks and mechanisms rooted in research • Strong intros, benefits, fear removers, objections smashed 5. Own Funnel Performance Through Outputs You’re measured by: • Funnels built • Tests shipped • Wins created • Efficiency protected Not by time, meetings, or micromanagement. WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR (REAL A-PLAYER REQUIREMENTS) You MUST have: • Direct-response funnel experience (not theory — produced outputs) • Portfolio with live URLs of funnels you built • Actual performance metrics from your previous work • Ability to write persuasive copy • Experience testing at volume • Understanding of cold traffic psychology • Research discipline to find exploitable angles • Independent execution • Comfort operating fast & adjusting quickly If you’ve only done branding, UX, or slow-cycle CRO — this is not for you.
