eCommerce Content Moderator

Harbor Freight Tools is seeking a motivated, detail-oriented eCommerce Content Moderator to join our team. With an eye for detail and a passion for providing an exceptional customer experience, you will be responsible for ensuring that all of our online content remains accurate, up-to-date, and compliant with all applicable regulations. To succeed in this role, you must have excellent communication skills, an understanding of eCommerce platforms, and be able to multitask. Responsibilities: Monitor online content for accuracy, currency, and compliance with applicable regulations. Develop and implement strategies to ensure content meets standards of quality and accuracy. Work closely with the eCommerce team to ensure all content is consistent with brand messaging and standards. Resolve customer inquiries related to content accuracy and compliance. Respond promptly to customer feedback and inquiries. Evaluate and recommend changes to web content and design to improve user experience. Collaborate with internal teams to produce engaging content for our eCommerce websites. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices. Assist with other tasks as needed.
