ECAD Librarian & PCB Designer Remote Contract Position Pay Estimated: $49.23-$54.23/Hour This estimate represents the typical salary range for this position based on experience and other factors, (geographical location, etc.) Ability to Obtain and Maintain Secret Clearance Contribute to a company at the forefront of mission-critical systems and technologies in defense and security. This leader in global defense integrates advanced technology to deliver information and insights on the battlefield, offering roles that support security and technological superiority across multiple domains. Responsibilities: As an ECAD Librarian and PCB Designer supporting Undersea Systems, you’ll play a key role in the development of Circuit Card Assemblies (CCAs) for electronics used in high-reliability undersea communication systems. You’ll work with talented engineers and contribute to solutions that enhance national security. Qualifications: • U.S. Citizenship is required by Federal Law • Education & Experience: Associate’s degree (or equivalent) with a minimum of 7 years of relevant experience • Clearance: Department of Defense Secret clearance preferred • Knowledge of one or more Mentor Graphics tools such as xDM, Xpedition, DXdatabook, BoardStation, or Hyperlynx, or familiarity with Altium • Experience with Xpedition parts request system, Footprint Expert Enterprise 23, and 3D model creation using SolidWorks, NX, or CREO • Circuit design and hands-on prototyping experience • Basic understanding of IPC and manufacturing standards • In-depth knowledge of CCA fabrication techniques • Ability to communicate with suppliers to clarify design documentation • Experience with schematic capture in Xpedition • Proficiency in documentation capture, including: • BOM/parts list generation • ODB++ digital fabrication packages • 3D model generation Preferred Qualifications: • Minimum 2 years of experience using Mentor Graphics Xpedition • Experience with ECAD/PCB layout design processes • Proficiency in library management practices Moseley Technical Services, Inc. is an AA/EEO/Veterans/Disabled Employer.
