[Remote] On Farm Solutions Intern

The On Farm Solutions Intern will work closely with customers and software solutions to enhance product outcomes and support the adoption of Ever.Ag’s on-farm solutions, primarily focusing on sustainability, efficiency, and data sharing within supply chains. Responsibilities • Gain in-depth exposure to Ever.Ag's On-Farm team operations, enhancing customer success knowledge. • Develop collaboration and coordination skills by working with diverse teams, advisors, and distribution channels. • Hone technical and problem-solving abilities by addressing complex challenges and facilitating product adoption for clients. • Understand and drive customer-centric strategies, from aligning with goals to ensuring adoption and renewal. • Master the art of creating high-value success plans and utilizing the customer maturity model for growth strategies. • Build strong, trusted relationships with clients and advocate for their needs across internal departments. • Grow leadership qualities, guide team strategies, and integrate customer feedback into product development. • Engage actively in the customer community, mastering conflict resolution and contributing through content and training. • Participate in other duties as assigned. Skills • Pursuing a degree from an accredited school in Agribusiness or other agriculture related field is REQUIRED for this opportunity. • Deep-rooted empathy for customers with a desire to help them thrive. • Ability to extract and channel customer needs from leadership. • Exceptional communication skills (both written and verbal) with a casual yet confident tone. • Experience in influencing and offering evidence-backed solutions. • Understanding of dairy farm business challenges. • Proven team player with strong interpersonal skills and a customer-centric attitude. • Some Microsoft office experience preferred • Dairy domain knowledge Company Overview • EverAg is a agtech provider dedicated to empowering agriculture, food, and beverage supply chains to feed a growing world.
