Early Childhood Educator - Preschool Lead Teacher

Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education, Child Development, or a related field. Minimum of 3 years of experience teaching preschool-aged children. Proficiency in virtual teaching platforms and educational technology tools. Strong understanding of child development theories and best practices in early childhood education. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and active listening skills. Ability to create engaging and age-appropriate curriculum for remote delivery. Patience, creativity, and enthusiasm for working with young children. Demonstrated ability to manage classroom behavior and foster positive social interactions in a virtual setting.
