Contract Documentation Specialist (Remote) - Join Our Team at Workwarp!
Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced Contract Documentation Specialist to join our team at Workwarp on a remote contract basis. As a Contract Documentation Specialist, you will play a critical role in supporting our fleet segmentation and sub-fleeting processes by providing data validation, analysis, and digital tool development. Key Responsibilities: Assist in the creation of processes for efficient fleet segmentation and sub-fleeting for on-wing engines Provide data validation for database updates and create methods and digital tools to support fleet segmentation and sub-fleeting processes Develop various analyses and charts for data evaluation and internal technical reviews Collaborate with a global team to set requirements and develop analytic and digital products Attend meetings as required and provide weekly status updates to GE points of contact Perform contract documentation tasks, including: Document conversion and status reports Contract header entry (Oracle) Contract quality checks for existing and modified contracts Contract and MOD quality KPI workflow Contract code wizard and Doing Business As (DBA) site maintenance Salesforce clause library hosting and training USG contract and modification downloads from EDA Reps and Certs completion for Non-USG customers Excel file creation and clause loading to Salesforce for existing contracts Delivery order entry and amendments Modification entry creation (from contract or prior modification in Salesforce) Requirements: 8+ years of experience in a related field Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Excellent communication and collaboration skills Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel Experience with Salesforce and Oracle What We Offer: Competitive salary Remote work opportunity Immediate start date available Opportunity to work with a global team How to Apply: If you are a motivated and detail-oriented professional looking for a challenging and rewarding role, please submit your application today!
