Key Responsibilities

Warmly greet and onboard employees seeking assistance through the EAP Worklife platform, establishing a respectful and empathetic rapport.
Respond to inbound inquiries across multiple channels (phone, email, live chat, and internal messaging) with accuracy, professionalism, and timeliness.
Develop and maintain an in‑depth knowledge of arenaflex’s comprehensive suite of products, services, and specifically the EAP Worklife program, including eligibility criteria, resource options, and referral processes.
Resolve issues ranging from simple informational requests to complex, confidential matters, ensuring each employee receives a tailored solution.
Document every interaction in the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system, capturing details that support trend analysis and continuous improvement.
Collaborate closely with cross‑functional teams—Benefits, Human Resources, Legal, and IT—to streamline case handling and escalations.
Stay abreast of evolving industry regulations, best practices, and emerging wellness trends to proactively advise employees and enhance program relevance.
Identify patterns in employee feedback and propose enhancements to policies, procedures, or resource offerings.
Participate actively in ongoing training, certification programs, and knowledge‑sharing sessions to sharpen communication and counseling skills.
Uphold the highest standards of confidentiality, data protection, and ethical conduct in line with arenaflex’s policies and applicable legal frameworks.


Essential Qualifications

Education: High school diploma or GED required; associate or bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Social Work, or a related field preferred.
Experience: Minimum of 2 years in a customer‑service or support‑focused role, preferably within a corporate wellness, benefits, or EAP environment.
Communication Skills: Exceptional verbal and written communication abilities; capacity to convey complex information clearly and compassionately.
Technical Proficiency: Comfortable navigating CRM platforms, ticketing systems, and basic office productivity suites (Microsoft Office, Google Workspace). Experience with EAP portals is a plus.
