• *Key Responsibilities:**
- Respond to customer inquiries and issues efficiently via chat channels, ensuring clarity and professionalism while maintaining a positive demeanor.
- Utilize critical thinking skills to diagnose customer issues, providing insightful solutions or assistance promptly.
- Document customer interactions and feedback accurately in our CRM system, ensuring that records are complete and useful for future reference.
- Collaborate with team members and other departments to ensure customer requests are managed effectively and efficiently.
- Monitor chat queues to maintain optimal response times and escalate complex issues to appropriate teams when necessary.
- Actively participate in training sessions and team meetings to continually improve product knowledge and enhance customer service techniques.
- Analyze customer feedback and trends to identify areas for process improvement and contribute ideas that could enhance customer satisfaction.
- Maintain a high level of product and service knowledge to effectively communicate the value and usage of Avnet products.
- Exercise leadership qualities by mentoring new team members as needed and fostering a collaborative work environment.
• *Requirements:**
- Minimum of 3 years of customer service experience, preferably in a chat support role or similar setting.
- Strong technical aptitude with a good understanding of chat support tools and CRM systems.
- Excellent written communication skills with a knack for articulating technical concepts in a user-friendly manner.
- Resilient personality with the ability to handle stressful situations while remaining calm and productive.
- Driven individual who is motivated by customer satisfaction and continuous improvement.
