️ About the Role
The Executive Associate Pastor for Discipleship, Community Life, and Church Operations will play a vital leadership role in building the heart and structure of Christcord Church. This position combines pastoral leadership with practical administrative oversight, ensuring our digital ministry functions smoothly while keeping Christ at the center of everything we do.
You will help guide spiritual formation, oversee member engagement, and assist with the operational needs of a fully online church.
Key Responsibilities
• Discipleship Development: Create, lead, or oversee small group programs, Bible studies, and pathways for member growth
• Community Life: Foster a vibrant, inclusive, and healthy online environment where members connect, grow, and serve
• Church Operations: Help coordinate scheduling, event planning, team communications, and digital infrastructure in partnership with the Executive Pastor
• Volunteer Coordination: Assist in recruiting, training, and equipping volunteer leaders and community moderators
• Pastoral Oversight: Provide spiritual support to members and staff, and help uphold the pastoral tone and unity of the church
Time Commitment
This is a volunteer executive-level position requiring a time commitment of approximately 5–10 hours per week, in alignment with other leadership roles at Christcord Church during its formative stages.

• Pastoral heart with a gift for organization, communication, and discipleship
• Experience in church leadership, discipleship programs, or community building (digital or in-person)
• Comfortable managing both people and processes in a faith-driven environment
• Passionate about reaching and retaining digital church members through relational ministry
• Familiar with platforms like Discord, Google Workspace, Trello, or other online tools
• Committed to the vision of Christcord Church: Christ-centered, radically inclusive, Spirit-led
