E-Commerce Systems Manager for Restaurant & Food Service
The ideal candidate will have deep familiarity with restaurant e-commerce systems such as Olo, Fishbowl, Thanx, and other third-party ordering, loyalty, or CRM platforms, and will be capable of managing both technical integrations and business alignment to meet brand objectives. Lead the implementation and integration of a data-driven marketing platform with third-party e-commerce systems (e.g., Olo, Fishbowl, Thanx, FreedomPay, NCR). Collaborate with data, marketing, and tech teams to ensure data flows, tagging, and consumer tracking are set up and validated correctly. Manage and oversee custom feature development, ensuring these in-house components work seamlessly with third-party systems. Establish and maintain API connections between order management, loyalty, CRM, and marketing automation platforms. Define and document operational workflows, ensuring data consistency across all systems. Work with marketing teams to leverage consumer data for personalized engagement campaigns and optimize online ordering experiences. Identify and resolve integration issues, working closely with technical vendors and internal engineering resources. Monitor ongoing platform performance, analytics, and ensure all systems are secure, scalable, and aligned with brand goals. Apply tot his job
