Bits of Your Job: Administer and maintain e-commerce and customer support systems Configure and optimize system settings, workflows, and user access Implement and manage system integrations and apps Identify opportunities to improve processes and increase efficiency Serve as a point of contact for system-related inquiries and troubleshooting Maintain thorough documentation of configurations, processes, and integrations Perform other system administration tasks as assigned Requirements Key Expectations: Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related field Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail Ability to translate business needs into technical solutions Excellent communication and collaboration skills Self-driven, capable of working independently and as part of a team Fluency in English and Lithuanian, both written and spoken Salary: 1000–1500 €/month net (open to discussion based on skills and competencies) Originally posted on Himalayas
