**Experienced Bilingual Outreach Specialist – Healthcare Customer Service Representative (Remote)**

Our commitment to innovation, compassion, and customer satisfaction has earned us a reputation as a trusted partner in the healthcare industry. **Role Summary** As a Bilingual Outreach Specialist, you'll be responsible for building relationships with health plan members and patients, interpreting and clarifying information, and determining additional support requirements.
