Key Responsibilities
Manage online platforms such as Amazon and eBay to achieve sales targets
Create, maintain and optimise product listings and digital content
Develop and implement strategies to increase online visibility and revenue
Monitor website and platform performance and analyse customer data
Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to drive site traffic and conversions
Set and manage pricing structures across platforms
Conduct regular competitor and market analysis
Stay updated on E-Commerce trends and best practices
Handle customer service enquiries through online platforms
Essential Skills & Experience
Solid understanding of SEO and content management
Proven experience in E-Commerce and online platform optimisation
Strong project management abilities
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Attention to detail and the ability to multitask effectively
Previous experience in customer service
