All Jobs > DwyerOmega Business System, Director DwyerOmega Apply DwyerOmega Business System, Director Remote Worker Apply Job Type Full-time Description Summary: The DwyerOmega Business System (DOBS) Director is responsible for defining, deploying, and continuously improving the DOBS framework across North America. This role drives enterprise-wide transformation aligned to Safety, Quality, Delivery, Cost, and People (SQDCP) objectives through strategy deployment, standardization, and capability building. The Director partners with Operations, Quality, Supply Chain, and Product Management to ensure DOBS is embedded as the operating system of the business, enabling scalable growth and sustainable performance. Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Define and evolve DOBS strategy, standards, and playbooks aligned to company objectives Lead strategy deployment and ensure alignment from enterprise to site level Establish and govern tiered daily management (LDM) and KPI systems across all sites Build and lead the DOBS capability model including training, certification, and leadership development Drive cross-functional transformation initiatives across manufacturing and transactional processes Standardize and scale Lean/CI tools and methodologies across the network Partner with Finance to validate savings, productivity, and cost improvements Lead DOBS governance routines and councils Develop and coach DOBS Leaders and site leadership teams Ensure sustainment through standard work, audits, and maturity assessments Requirements Job Requirements: Education and/or Experience: Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree preferred 10+ years of Lean/CI or operations leadership experience Experience deploying a business system (DBS, FBS, etc.) at scale Knowledge, Skills and Abilities: Strong leadership, influencing, and change management capability Deep understanding of Lean, CI, and business system deployment Ability to operate at both strategic and execution levels 50% - 75% Travel Requirement Salary Description 165,000 - 180,000 Apply View All Jobs Powered by Payroll & HR Software
