About the Role The Driver Onboarding Specialist/Data Entry Clerk will play a crucial role in ensuring the seamless onboarding of our delivery professionals. This involves communicating effectively with them, reviewing their applications, conducting virtual vehicle safety inspections, and facilitating the activation process. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in customer service, data entry, human resources, or a related field, with a proven ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks efficiently. Key Responsibilities Review applications, insurance, and vehicle registration documents for accuracy and eligibility, ensuring compliance with our high standards. Conduct virtual vehicle safety inspections with qualified driver-applicants, utilizing training provided to ensure a thorough understanding of the process. Communicate proactively with delivery professionals via text, chat, and email, keeping them informed about the status of their applications and addressing any queries they may have. Utilize company software to order driver applicants' pre-employment background checks, adhering to our rigorous vetting process. Experience and Qualifications To excel in this role, you should have an Associate's degree or higher, although this is preferred rather than required. Relevant experience in recruiting/onboarding gig app workers, data entry, HR, or customer service is also preferred but not necessary. The ability to demonstrate strong attention to detail, self-motivation, and excellent communication skills is essential. Compensation, Perks, and Benefits We offer a competitive salary range of $25,000 to $35,000 annually, depending on your skills, education, and experience.
