Documentation Manager

In this role, you will lead a talented team of technical writers focused on developing and maintaining the customer and developer documentation that allow Chainalysis users to fully realize the value of our products. You will oversee the lifecycle of documentation requests while maintaining a high level of cross-departmental collaboration. You will also review content for accuracy, effectiveness, and adherence to our style guide. You evaluate available metrics and make recommendations on the prioritization of projects using data driven decision making. A background like this helps: 5+ years experience as a technical writer, UX writer, or similar role. 2+ years of experience as a manager. Proven work experience managing a team of technical writers.Excellent writer and communicator with extreme attention to detail. Strong stakeholder management skills with an ability to work across departments. Confidence in executing tasks independently and working with remote team members. Self-motivated, organized, and able to work independently and make independent judgments. Strong organizational skills to manage multiple projects with tight deadlines effectively. Experience managing a knowledge base for multiple software as a service (SaaS) products.
