Position Overview: Document Controller

As a Document Controller at Workwarp, you will be responsible for managing, organizing, and maintaining various documents, files, and records, ensuring they are easily accessible to authorized personnel. Key Responsibilities:


Document Management: Maintain and update electronic and physical document repositories, ensuring all documents are properly labeled, categorized, and stored securely.
Version Control: Manage document revisions, ensuring that the most up-to-date versions are readily available, and collaborate with relevant departments to track changes and updates.
Access Control: Monitor and regulate access to confidential documents, providing access permissions to authorized personnel.
Quality Assurance: Conduct periodic audits to verify document accuracy and completeness, working with teams to address any discrepancies and maintain data integrity.
Collaboration: Work closely with various departments to ensure seamless document management and resolve any document-related issues.

Essential Qualifications and Skills:


Proven Experience: Previous experience as a Document Controller or in a similar role, with a strong understanding of document management principles and practices.
