Coke Florida is looking for a Distribution Supervisor based out of our Ft Pierce location. We're currently looking for first shift, working Tues-Saturday from 3:15AM to Finish
What You Will Do:
As a Coke Florida Distribution Supervisor, you will be responsible for the effective and efficient distribution of product and management of drivers within a specific territory in Winter Haven.
Roles and Responsibilities:
Ā Staff, train, evaluate and develop team members
Ā Ensure adherence to delivery standards, efficiencies, and regulatory requirements
Ā Manages drivers' delivery schedules and hours worked
Ā Establish and maintain positive customer relationships, resolve customer issues
Ā Serve as liaison between distribution and sales
Ā Manage and audit team members' timekeeping
Ā Manage within labor and OPEX budget
For this role, you will need:
Ā High school diploma or GED
Ā 1+ years of experience in consumer products/direct store delivery
Ā Requires experience managing people/budgets
Ā Familiarity with DOT regulations
Ā Valid driver's license and driving record within MVR policy guidelines
Additional qualifications that will make you successful in this role:
Ā Intermediate computer and database application skills
Ā Bachelor's degree preferred
Ā 1+ years supervising distribution/delivery staff preferred
Ā CDL A license preferred
