We’re looking for an experienced and highly motivated Disposition Agent to join our remote team. What You'll Do:
• Manage the entire disposition process from marketing to closing
• Build, nurture, and maintain relationships with real estate investors and cash buyers
• Analyze properties and package deals for investor review
• Negotiate terms to maximize deal profitability
• Coordinate property inspections, showings, and buyer walkthroughs
• Collaborate with acquisitions and transaction teams to ensure seamless closings
• Regularly update CRM and track buyer communications and deal progress
What We're Looking For:
• Minimum 1–2 years of experience in real estate sales, wholesaling, or dispositions
• Strong understanding of real estate investment strategies, ARV, and comps
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Proactive, driven, and hungry to close deals
• Ability to thrive in a remote, performance-based environment
• Tech-savvy, comfortable with CRM platforms, spreadsheets, and marketing tools
