Job Role: UKG Pro Cloud Technical consultantLocation: RemoteDuration: 12 Months ContractUKG Pro Cloud Consulting Tech Resource:Attending support meetings for the UKG Pro Cloud system understanding requirements offered by UKG BAs, and Functional business owners.Translate those requirements to designs for Interfaces (IDDs) and reports.Daily review of UKG interfaces. Produce data for dashboard of all integration executions 5 days a week.Address all data exception errors. Build on error handling library for Transaction Assistant (TA) errors.Participate in meetings with functional teams & analyze TA errors.Strong knowledge of Boomi Interface Development, API and Interface components.Boomi certification highly desirable.Multiple Years of Boomi interface development experience:Strong knowledge of CRTs and in particular their usage for Business Structure and People Import interfaces. Strong Knowledge of BIRT Studio Reporting toolMultiple Years of experience creating complex BIRT Studio reports. Familiarity with managing UKG WFM Data Hub, customizing pipelines and managing dataflows into Big Query.Knowledge of 3rd Party Reporting tools used with Datahub and creating reports based on decentralized data structure offered by Data Hub.Manage Clock support:2 Years Experience managing WDM.Ability to troubleshoot clock connectivity issues.Familiarity with testing and validating clocks remotely. Understand how to use VNC technology to manage clocksCoordinate with Client Services onsite technicians to manage health of clocks and troubleshoot issues.Manage Mobile App Issues:Familiarity with supporting UKG Pro WFM Mobile App. Handle ongoing tickets. Follow developed approach on managing Mobile App and WifiData view:Experience creating custom Data view any data viewsWorking knowledge of data areas that can be grouped for reportingEmployers have access to artificial intelligence language tools (“AI”) that help generate and enhance job descriptions and AI may have been used to create this description.
