About the Role As a Dispatch Specialist at Workwarp, you will play a critical role in ensuring the efficient allocation of work to qualified technicians. You will utilize systems to monitor workflow, evaluate and reassign work as needed, and communicate with technicians and other departmental employees to resolve force availability imbalances. If you have a strong background in customer support, excellent multitasking skills, and proficiency in Microsoft suite applications, we encourage you to apply for this exciting opportunity. Key Responsibilities: • Utilize systems to monitor workflow and load work to qualified technicians, ensuring efficient allocation of resources. • Evaluate and reassign work to available technicians as needed, working to monitor and regulate work volumes. • Communicate effectively with technicians and other departmental employees to resolve force availability imbalances and ensure seamless operations. • Read and analyze exception service orders and repair tickets to dispatch to the appropriate technician based on company criteria. • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to resolve issues and improve overall efficiency. • Maintain accurate records and reports, as required. Essential Qualifications: • 1-2 years of customer support experience, preferably in a logistics or dispatch environment. • Proven ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment. • Proficiency in Microsoft suite applications, including Excel, Outlook, and Word. • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills. • Ability to work in a fully remote environment and maintain a high level of productivity. • Adherence to schedule and ability to meet deadlines. Preferred Qualifications: • Previous experience in a dispatch or logistics coordination role. • Familiarity with workflow management systems and technologies. • Experience working in a team environment and collaborating with internal stakeholders. • Knowledge of industry-specific regulations and standards.
