Disney Travel Specialist

We are looking for a passionate and experienced Disney Travel Specialist to join our team. As a Disney Specialist, you will help families and travelers plan magical vacations to Disney destinations, including Disney World, Disneyland, Disney Cruise Line, and other Disney resorts and theme parks. You will provide expert advice on accommodations, park tickets, special events, dining experiences, and travel logistics, creating personalized itineraries that make Disney vacations unforgettable.

Responsibilities:
• Consult with clients to understand their travel preferences, budget, and vacation goals, focusing on Disney destinations.
• Provide expert advice on Disney parks, resorts, cruises, and other offerings, including dining reservations, FastPass strategies, and special events like character meet-and-greets or seasonal celebrations.
• Design customized itineraries for clients, including accommodations, transportation, tickets, dining experiences, and excursions.
• Stay up-to-date on the latest Disney promotions, park updates, new attractions, and special packages to offer the best recommendations.
• Assist clients with booking accommodations, tickets, transportation, dining reservations, and special experiences at Disney destinations.
• Offer guidance on creating memorable experiences for families, couples, and large groups, such as surprise celebrations, birthday parties, and anniversaries.
• Help clients navigate Disney’s complex systems for booking and planning, including My Disney Experience and Disney Genie+ services.
• Provide exceptional customer service before, during, and after the trip, assisting with any issues or changes that may arise.
• Stay informed on Disney travel industry trends, new offerings, and updates to ensure clients receive accurate and up-to-date information.
• Collaborate with Disney vendors and suppliers to secure the best deals and exclusive offers for clients.

Qualifications:
• Previous experience in travel planning, with a focus on Disney destinations preferred.
• Extensive knowledge of Disney parks, resorts, cruise lines, and related offerings.
• Strong customer service skills with the ability to tailor experiences to individual client needs.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with a friendly and professional demeanor.
• Exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities to manage multiple client requests and bookings.
• Ability to work independently and efficiently, meeting deadlines and handling client expectations.
• Proficiency in using travel booking platforms, CRM systems, and Disney’s booking tools (e.g., My Disney Experience).
• Knowledge of Disney's planning tools, such as Disney Genie+, park reservations, and mobile apps.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends, as Disney clients may need assistance across different time zones.

Job Type: Remote, Full-time/Part-time

Compensation: Competitive commission rate.
