Job Posting Title: Disney Corporate Marketing Intern, Summer/Fall 2025 Req ID: 10108748 Job Description: About the Role & Program We are part of Disney's Marketing Partnerships, Corporate Alliances, and Card Services team, which collaborates to forage innovative and inspirational marketing partnerships worldwide to drive incremental profitability through unique and diverse value streams across the enterprise. The Customer Relationship Management team crafts and cultivates direct-to-consumer relationships with The Company’s most strategic customer segment. We do so by leading Disney’s Co-branded credit card business which is both an operating unit and a cross-business unit loyalty program. Do you enjoy telling a story using visually appealing data? If so, then this opportunity is for you! The approximate dates of this internship are June 2025 through December 2025. If selected for this role, you will report to the Manager, Acquisition Marketing. What You Will Do This role is integral to various project activities assisting and supporting the Marketing team. We partner with financial, creative, and operational teams at multiple levels to collect and provide inputs for projects and process improvements. The intern will be responsible for, but not limited to: Analyzing the results of digital and offline campaigns Sharing key data and trends Updating process documentation Required Qualifications & Skills Curiosity with strong analytic skills and the ability to build stories depicting product and user experiences to assist in making strategic decisions Strong Excel experience using sophisticated formulas and charts Effective and clear interpersonal communication Ability to navigate ambiguity and create processes Independent work style that keeps peers, partners, and leadership updated Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, and Excel) Education Senior year preferred Majoring in marketing, economics, business, data analytics, or a closely related field Eligibility Requirements & Program Information Candidates for this opportunity MUST meet all of the below requirements: Be enrolled in an accredited college/university pursuing a degree taking at least one class at time of application OR currently participating in a Disney College Program or Disney Internship. Current Disney Interns, College, International, or Culinary Program Participants: You may only work for ONE consecutive year (12 months) in any combination of an internship and/or program. Be at least 18 years of age Possess unrestricted work authorization Additional Required Documents A cover letter indicating your interest in the Disney Corporate Marketing Intern, Summer/Fall 2025 position is required. Additional Information Able to have a consistent, reliable work schedule throughout the internship The approximate dates of this internship are June 2025 through December 2025 Fully available from Monday through Friday, 9am to 6pm PT for the duration of the internship, 40 hours each week Able to provide own housing for the duration internship program in the Burbank, California area Able to provide/have reliable transportation to/from work The pay rate for this role in California is $22.00 per hour.
