Our Disclosure Department is looking to hire a Disclosure-Opening Team Lead supporting PST business hours.



ALL REMOTE POSITIONS REQUIRE A DOWNLOAD SPEED OF NO LESS THAN 100 MBPS.



Job Title: Disclosure-Opening Team Lead

Reports To: Disclosure Manager

FLSA Status: Non-Exempt

Department: Disclosure

Division: Retail/TPO

Salary Range: $55K to $65K per year

Schedule: 8:30 AM to 5:30 PM PST

Summary:

Under the direction of the assigned supervisor/manager, the Disclosure-Opening- COC Team Lead will assist the Disclosure-Opening-COC team with daily activities, inquiries and challenges. Additionally, the incumbent will serve as a resource to both sales, processors, closers and post-closers during the mortgage loan process. The Disclosing- Opening-COC Team Lead will also provide leadership in the department as designated by the supervisor/manager.

Duties and Responsibilities:


Back-up to Disclosure-Opening Manager when latter is out of the office or in meetings, and generally as needed
Train and mentor new employees
Work loans in any of the department pipelines as necessary
Spot check files on loans with new Team members
Moving/assigning files in pipeline
Assist supervisor/manager with monitoring workflow to be sure that SLAs are met by the disclosing-opening associates
Communicating with other associates on behalf of Disclosure-Opening-COC on clarification of file(s) and process questions
Attend training meetings as necessary or directed
Assisting Disclosure-Opening Manager in keeping department Team members informed and up to date on changes to corporate guidelines, policies and/or procedures
Working with new Team members on correspondent/broker files and updates to the department�s internal lender spreadsheet
Updating files depending on their status as necessary, based on product change/terms, etc., initiated by others that need Disclosure-Opening interaction to complete
Work with appropriate individuals on rush requests
Perform other related duties as assigned and/or required

Must show strong initiative
Interpersonal skills are critical as this position is results-focused and interacts with other staff and management within the company, as well as external contacts.


Education/Experience:

Degree: High School Diploma or Equivalent
