You will play a key role in identifying prospects, providing tailored marketing strategies, and driving revenue through expert product knowledge and consultative selling. The ideal candidate is highly motivated, detail-oriented, and experienced in the insurance or financial services industry. This is a remote position, operating primarily during EST business hours, with occasional travel for meetings and industry events.Accountabilities:
Develop and manage a pipeline of financial advisors and insurance agents, focusing on disability income insurance sales.
Conduct product training and mentorship sessions to support agent success and identify cross-selling opportunities.
Maintain CRM/AMS systems with accurate customer data, call logs, and notes.
Set appointments, resolve client issues professionally, and follow up on sales leads.
Proactively recruit and onboard new reps to grow the advisor network.
Represent the business at industry conferences and client meetings to promote services.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree required.
2+ years of experience in insurance, wealth management, or financial services.
Active Life and Health Insurance License is required.
Knowledge or experience with Disability Income Insurance is a strong plus.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a consultative sales approach.
Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities independently.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams).
Willingness to travel up to 50% as needed.
